Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with the return instructions and return address.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Return Shipping

If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and Issues


Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 


 

Exchanges


We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item (if eligible), and once approved, place a new order separately using the store credit issued.

 


 

Refunds


After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

Your refund will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on the return condition and order type

  • Refunds are processed within 30 business days after approval

  • Please note that banks or credit card providers may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Cancellations & Replacements


Once an order has been placed and confirmed, cancellation or replacement is not permitted under any circumstances. Orders are processed and shipped promptly to ensure timely delivery, and cannot be changed after confirmation.


However, you may return eligible items in accordance with our Return Policy.

Upon successful return and inspection, store credit equivalent to the purchase amount will be issued, which can be used for future purchases on our website.
